1. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

2. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight. We advise you to group your items in one order, as separate orders incur individual shipping fees.

3. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

4. Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

5. Our courier partners deliver shipments during working days between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Delivery excludes public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays.

6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. No changes in instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed.

7. In the event of floods, heavy rains, or extreme weather conditions, NUTRINOSH reserves the right to reschedule delivery for another date.

8. The delivery will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any address other than the one provided by the customer.

9. NUTRINOSH will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. If delivery fails, the customer will continue to be charged for the order, and no redelivery or refund will be possible. Failed deliveries will be redirected to our head office, and the customer is advised to call us to arrange pickup.

10. All orders will be deemed executed in the following cases:

• Incorrect/untraceable address
• Recipient not available
• Locked premises
• Wrong phone number; phone not working; cell switched off or not reachable
• Recipient refused the products
• Delivered the product at the gate/reception/neighbour
